·Extended two-point entire type connection rod and lengthened guide,with high anti-bias load and transfer seting.
·Side opening for feeding in lateral direction with progressive transfer arm is for high level of transfer automatic forging.
·Xtype guide is adopted effectively agairnst the guide clearance alteration caused by temperature rising.
·Shut height is adjusted by eccentric pin of internal slide with stable and reliable performance.
·Floated inserted friction clutch brake:with easy and reliable construction,easy for maintenance,guide by teeth,high performance accuracy,low noise,long service life of friction block,brake with forced cooling system of lower temperature rising,is available for high speed single operating.
·Integrated control system with high level automation:air pressure monitoring,shaft temperature monitoring,cool water monitoring,lubrication monitoring.fault indicating,angle monitoring of eccentric shaft,etc.
·Touch screen is adopted for specification adjustment.
